Funded by the N.E.A. and comprised of six nonprofit entities, the R.A.O. was created to encourage the development of the arts and to support arts programs on a regional basis.

Non-profit organization promoting and supporting artists, composers and performers worldwide by giving them exposure and facilitating sponsorship and project participation.
